What Causes Bloating And Yellow Colored Stool?

I have eaten food marinated with lemon juice, garlic and olive oil for a week now. I have small bowel movement, but the colour is always yellow. Have inflammation in my tummy.i am 52 years old female. Had treatment for h.plylori 2 months ago. Suffered from constipation for 2 years. Burning sensation upper chest between ribs.
