Hello Sharon
thanks for your question

Looking at your history this could be due to stomach hyperacidity indigestion or aerophagia due to Air swallowing caused by chewing gum, smoking, eating too fast, loose dentures, drinking carbonated drinks.

i would like further information to help you better
your dietary habits
you are having just gas or regurgitation/reflux too
is it associated it with any pain in abdomen
what all symptoms you are having like bloating vomiting belching or flatus
Are you taking any other medicines

in my opinion you should take PPI ( proton pump inhibitors ) group of drugs like pantoprazole with antacids

you should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk foods as well as carbonated drinks
Have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits like citrus fruits pineapple and lemon water which helps in indigestion

please revert back to us with all details I will be happy to help you
Regards
