What Causes Bloating And Tingles In The Stomach?

feeling very bloated, tingles in the stomach and spreads threw my body like cold shivers. No fever. Not feeling sick. Just constant bloating even when I dont eat normal foods i always eat to cause that. Took a pregnancy test about two weeks ago, negative. No signs of pregnancy. Cant figure out why i feel this way.

I really appreciate your concern, if the pregnancy is doubtful then it can only ruled out with the help of ultrasonography test else it can be judge with clinical symptoms and home based pregnancy test although what the symptoms you have are not due to conception but it may be complete nonspecific and soon it will disappears hope this information helps.
