What Causes Bloating And Difficulty In Bowel Movements?

i have this constant bloating for 1 year , it comes and go and i am farting very constantantly, i find it hard to excreate sometimes and i feel bloated with wind i feel fine sometimes when i eat a vegetarian diet, i smoke and my weight is constant, i am 52 years old.
