What Causes Bloating And Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I have stomach problems, bloating, constantly going to restroom (diarrhea like), very gassy, as soon as I eat anything I have to run to the restroom, and 2-3 times a day I feel a shock of pain on my lower abdomen from hip bone to hip bone. I also bleed occasionally. I would like to know what s going on with my body.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of bloating and diarrhea and abdominal pain. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like viral gastroenteritis , bacterial gastroenteritis , food allergies , lactose intolerance , giardiasis or irritable bowel syndrome. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor my order test like stool test , endoscopy , ultrasound and take history. Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , ornidazole , albendazole , laxative along with antiemetic drug. You should avoid intake of outside food. Take plenty of fluids in diet. For now eat light and non spicy , take antacid after every meal and take light walk after every meal .
