What Causes Bloating After Having Food?

i m 44yrs old female,my eating habblts is lots of fiber, fruits and vegetables, without oil food.

regularly i m taking tablet derolac,vitamin c,flaxseed oil tablet,drinks lots of water, and silk soy milk (unsweetened).green tea. but my stomach always bloted after meal. why this is happening to me ?

As per your complain you have problem of abdominal bloting problem that may be because of some food intolerance or infection or irritable bowel syndrome or other reasons.

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Abdominal x ray helpful for diagnosis.

Avoid gaseous foods and fatty foods and junk foods.
Drink more water.
