What Causes Bloated Stomach Post Gall Bladder Removal?

I had my gall bladder removed two years ago and recently evertime I eat I end up sick to my stomach bloated and in the bathroom with stomach cramps and sorry but diarrhea. I feel fine but I have been this way on and off for weeks now getting concerned and it is so gross.
