Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain pushing of the ear bud deep inside the ear that caused pain and bleeding can be due to either injury to the mucosa/lining of the ear canal leading to pain and bleeding..
In case if there is no other symptoms like loss of hearing, buzzing or ringing in ear and feeling of bubbles or pressure inside the ear then there seems to be nothing serious..
But there is also a possibility that there might be slight injury to the ear drum leading to perforation..
Therefore you should consult an Otolaryngologist and get an Otoscopic examination done and in case if there is injury to ear canal then you need not to worry as it will heal on its own and can just take Ibuprofen for pain and inflammation..
In case if there is minor perforation of ear drum antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller and decongestant can help..
In case of large perforation which does not seems apparent in your case surgical patching is advisable..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
