What Causes Bleeding From Throat And Nose With Headache?

Have had bleeding from throat and nose for past 2 weeks even after taking a tablet of Ethamsylate daily. Bleeding is accompanied with severe headaches, weakness and heavy eyes through out the day. Chest X ray was normal which NCCT PNS result was 1. Bilateral maxillary polyp 2. DNS to left 3. left inferior turbinate mucosal hypertrophy Have has a deviated septum rectified 3 years ago. Can you please advice the cause for the bleeding.

The deviated nasal septum and turbinate hypertrophy may be the underlying cause. Consult an ENT specialist and he will direct you accordingly.
