In my opinion you should definitely visit ER and get done atleast chest x ray to rule out internal damage is there or not.
Internal damage can occur in
1.lungs
2. Heat
3. Great vessels.
So better to rule out these by chest x ray.
And if x ray is nomal than no neef to worry.
Get done dressing with asepticsolution.
