Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain in case if you apparently know that you have an ear membrane rupture and bleeding is caused due to it only..
But in case if there is ruptured eardrum or ear membrane it needs immediate medical attention as it can lead to hearing loss..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical examination and also do an Otoscopy of the ears and x ray or MRI SCAN..
In case if perforation is small antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkillers and nasal decongestants can help..
In case if perforation is large Tympanoplasty or surgical repair of the ear membrane can help..
As of now also avoid excess water exposure to ears.
Avoid swimming and diving..
Avoid exposure to very loud sounds..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
