What Causes Bleeding From Anus?

Should I go to urgent care? I thought maybe I just popped a heimroid, yesterday but woke this morning with blood stains on my underwear, Its still bleeding and im forced to wear a period pad on my underwear by the butt to prevent it from going on my underwear, is this something more serious or is it what i rhought it is

I had gone through the history given here, just a blood seen on undergarment is not the sign of hemorrhoid and from this nothing can be said.
Major and chief complain for the hemorrhoid is painful defecation, persistence pain condition particularly in sitting position, bleeding to prior to pass the stool and one can feel the lesion very easily with finger.
It is advisable to see the surgeon for confirmation it is the only option you have, in differential diagnosis it could be bleeding P/V.
I would be matter of concern if it turn positive for hemorrhoid till then it is nothing to worry.
