What Causes Bleeding During Pregnancy?

I m 23 weeks pregnant and there is sub amniotic collection in my uterus I hve strong bleeding at the end of my first trimester..after that Brown discharge continues on and off but now it stops..now I took anomaly scan at 21 week and there is still sub amniotic collection which a sonographer now called amniotic band what does it meann and how much sshould I worry????

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion bleeding in pregnancy might be due to cervical causes like polyp,varicosities or placental causes like low lying placenta or unknown causes.In your case it might be cervical origin as the ultrasound is normal.You need not worry about subamniotic collection it might resorb spontaneously.And it might not be the cause for bleeding.You just take care of yourself by avoiding anaemia which is the result of repeated bleeding.And observe the fetal movements.
