What Causes Bleeding Clots Post Delivery?
Hi doctor, I am 4 weeks post natural delivery of missed miscarriage, I suffered massive clots 2 days post delivery of baby due to a piece of sac that was attached to womb wall that failed to pass. It was removed and I was sent home an hour later. Today I be feeling very faint and have some light spotting (some fresh blood and some dark tinged mucus) I did have unprotected sex and am wondering is this a symptom of period returning to normal after everything? In my view bleeding slowly decreases by it self spotting is not worrisome, it's part of normal physiology if it continues more than a week then visit your doctor and have a ultrasound done.
