Bleeding gums are due to dirty teeth & poor oral hygiene. If there is calculus & plaque deposition then it lead to swollen gums which further leads to bleeding.
You need to go for oral prophylaxis.
Visit your dentist for scaling & maintain proper oral hygiene by regular brushing & flossing.
