What Causes Bleeding And Discharge From Ears, Nosebleeds And Nausea?

Hello, I have been experiencing bleeding and discharge from my ears, I m in my mid 20s and also just had my first nose bleed ever. I often get nauseated and puke randomly. I feel like something could be seriously wrong but every time I go to the doctors and they run tests they send me home telling me everything looks fine. I also got in a car wreck 3-4 weeks ago that could be an underlying cause. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?
