General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that bleeding during urination will not be caused by biotin or Montelukast. It can be due to other causes like a stone in the urinary tract . Painless bleeding can also be a sign of some serious condition like bladder cancer. I would advise you to get an USG abdomen done and also consult an urologist for further information. I hope I was able to answer your question. if you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
