Hi,my wife is pregnant for the third time.in the first pregnancy she had hellp syndrom and the baby died at the begining of the sixth month. she took cytotec to force the delivery of the died baby in the second one she was pregnant in twins and had pre-eclampsia and also the babies died on the beginig of the seventh month in both times she was taking Aldomet (Methyle doba) to control her blood pressure.in the second pregnancy her blod pressure was arround 140/90 and suddenly jumped to 200/160 while she was in the hospital.now she is pregnant and her doctor prescribed Aldomet 250mg twice a day and Clexane 40mg once a day and baby aspirin once a day. but some times specially in the morning she bleeds from her nose when she tries to use tissues as she has a cold my question is, Is it safe to take Aldomet with Clexane? and is this bleeding caused by the medication and how dangerous is this bleeding?she is 155cm tall and about 93Kg in weight she is now pregnant at her 9th or 10th week,Thanks in advance
