Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms are suggestive of internal hemorrhoids.
It is the abnormal dilation of veins in lower gastrointestinal tract.
It is commonly seen in individuals with chronic constipation, abnormal bowel habits and in alcoholics with abnormal liver function.

Kindly consider the following:
1.High fiber diet must be consumed
2.Take Tab Tranexa three times for 3-5 days to stop bleeding
3.Take Syp Cremaffin plus at night
4.The further cure for the same would depend on the grade of the disease.

For the same we need to look and examine the site,
Hence you need to visit a general surgeon or a general practitioner

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
