What Causes Bladder Pressure And Painful Urination?

I have been having a lot of pressure on my bladder starting 4 days ago. I was having the feeling that i was urinating but been having a hard time doing so. It has subsided now i only feel the pressure when i do urinate. i am in no pain it is just very discomforting. Recently starting today I have been seeing little drops off pink when i do pee. possible blood however i was not sure if it was maybe i am just spotting even though i am not supposed to be getting my period any time soon. Only see the blood when i do urinate now. what is your intake and would you recommend i go straight to obgyn

it may be uti and stricture. there obstructionist . so ultrasound for kub can be taken .culture and sensitivity of urine should be done and most effective antibiotic be taken. drink more water and alkasol syrup twice daily.
