What Causes Bladder Pressure And Abdominal Bloating?
I don t have pain just very bloated feeling and the feeling of having to urinate . This started yesterday morning. I m a 55 year Pilates Instructor and quite fit and healthy. I just drinking cranberry juice. Is there anything else I should be concerned with?

Abdominal bloating, frequent urge to urinate are commonly seen with urinary tract infection (UTI) and BPH (benign prostate hypertrophy).
So better to get done ultrasound examination of abdomen and urinary microscopic examination.
If both these are normal then no need to worry much.
