What Causes Bladder Neck Obstruction And Acute Itching During Urination?

I was diagnosed bladder neck obstruction 6-7 years back and was put on URIMAX. 3-4 years back, prostate lesion (measuring10*10 cms on right capsule, prostatesize 4.5*2.8*3.3 cms) was detected & biopsy showed non-malignancy (Rt kidney size11.0*3.6 cms, Lt.Kidney smalI size 5.8*3.6 cms) was advised to continue URIMAX 0.4 mg (Tamsulosin) . I am having acute itching while passing urine since 1-2 month, no fever heat fuming from hand/foot palms & body. Urine R/E is flawless. PSA is 2.2, Serum Creatinine is 1.1, ultrasound has indicated minimal enlargement of prostate (wt. 20g, dimensions 4.03*3.21*2.9.The Urologist has advised to continue URIMAX plus Zanocin OD 400. Kindly advise.

Hello,

It would be better for you to exclude urinary infection now. For this a urinalysis is needed. If it’s result comes positive than you need antibiotics. Please discuss with your doctor for this.
