What Causes Black Vomit While Having Lung Cancer?
My mom has lung cancer for the past four years. She is showing signs of deterioration and is weak, dizzy and disorientated at times. She also has bouts of vomiting at once a week. She has now started vomiting black stuff. Kindly advise what is happening to her body now.

See there may be two reasons for black vomiting,
1- There may be some kind of bleeding from lungs which she might be swallowing it appears black
2- She might have cancer spread to upper GI track.
