What Causes Black Stools, vomiting Sensation And Rapid Weight Loss?

Hi, I have been queazy and pukey feeling for a week now. As of today I have lost a total of 5 pounds in one week without any changes in my diet, or regular routine. I have not even tried to lose any. I have noticed that I have black stool and can not go ore than 15 minutes after I eat without having to go to the bathroom. I do have a very slight fever...as in only like a 100 but my internal body makes me feel like I am hotter.
Although the weight loss is greatly LOVED right now.....I am still concerned.
