What Causes Black Stool?

I had black stool the day after I ran and ate a lot of barbecue meat and 1/4 and more of a bowl of vegetable soup. It s these plants. When I ran I had a strong cramp and my burp tasted like the barbecued meat. The next day, I had black stool, I smelled nothing foul, I didn t feel dizzy or tired. Because for PE, I ran just fine

Hello,

Dark stools can be caused by food but it is important to rule out bleeding as well. I would recommend you to have FOBT (fecal occult blood test) done to make sure you are not having any bleeding from your stomach or bowel.
