What Causes Black Stool With No Foul Odor After Taking Pletal Oral?

Hi my mom just had cataract surgery last thursday. She resumed taking her Pletaal blood thinner yday (friday) after stopping for 5 days to prep for cataract surgery. Today she passed black stool with no foul odor. She didnt eat anything out of the ordinary. Should we be worried?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the just black stool passed with no other symptoms like abdomen pain, vomiting, then this is nothing to worry, because it could be nonspecific if it goes happening on and often then it need to be investigated, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
