What Causes Black Stool When Suffering From Intestinal Obstuction?
I have had history of intestinal obstuction 4 times..but since few years it has not occured..due to IBS i had these obstuctions.. since last 1 week..i am passing little black stools and smelly..only in morning time..i feel very tired after passing..pl helpl

Black foul smelling stools could suggest bleedind from the upper gastrointestinal tract.
I would advise you to consult your doctor as soon as possible.
You would need a stool test , hemoglobin levels an an upper GI Endoscopy
