What Causes Black Stains Along With Increasing Gap Between The Molar Teeth?

hi. im 26 year old n i have yellow teeths from my childhood bt recently i saw very small black stain on my upper jaw molar teeths (two teeths) on my right. I sometimes feel very little pain in my stained teeths. I also felt that there has an increase in gap between these molar teeths. please tell me whats happening?

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern ..

Firstly the yellow appearance of teeth occurs due to thin upper layer of tooth known as Enamel due to which the colour of inner layer that is dentin which is yellowish reflects leading to yellowish appearance of teeth and it can be improved by bleaching of teeth..

Second thing is that the small stained areas over your molars can be either extrinsic stains which can be cleaned in a dental clinic by Scaling of teeth, while small stained appearance can also be due to decay in a molar on the wall between two molars and it can be corrected by filling with a tooth coloured filling material..

As you are experiencing increased gap between the teeth it can be due to loss of tooth structure due to cavity formation..

You should consult a dentist and get evaluated and if needed an x Ray can be done to check for the exact status of teeth and get treated accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
