General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

A sodium level of 110 is not normal and should be investigated. A black spot' in his lung along with excessive unintended weight loss should lead to further diagnostic testing, e.g. for lung cancer.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
