What Causes Black Spots Inside Eyelid With A Hordeolum?

Hi, i discover 2 small black spots like dot or blackhead inside my lower eyelid that u have to pull out the eyelid to see it feels like there is something inside the eye like eyelash or wathever i was wonder what it shoul be. i had a hordeolum in the same eye that im still on the drops for it first was this huge pimple inside de eyelid but now is better and the bump i still have on the edge of the eyelid my doctor told me to do compress of warm water few times daily...thanks...

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having stye of the eyelid.
Stye is because of infection of the gland of the eyelid.
The treatment is by use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs. Applying hot compression provides symptomatic relief.
Hence treatment advised by your doctor is in right direction and do continue the treatment.
