What Causes Black Spot On Arm After Having Unprotected Sex?

Hi doctor, I m a 21 years old female. I just found out that there are few black spot on my left arm.It doesnt hurt. I am really sure I didnt hit anything or scratch my left arm. The night before yesterday, I had unprotected sex. We had anal sex for the first time and he did penetrate my vagina too. Could it be some infection that lead to these dark spot? And I really hope it is not symptoms of HIV. Help me

I really appreciate your concern, black spots on arm and history of coitus are nothing to do anything and this may not be sexually transmitted disease, black spots could be nonspecific, and it may not be due any disease too, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
