What Causes Black Patches On The Tongue With Itching On The Body?

I am 32 weeks pregnant and i got 67 range bile in my blood which says out of range now my question is i have intense itching although my doctor is taking of the problem,right now i have noticed black patches on my tongue also do you think it is really serious will that all problems effects my baby also?

The black hairy tongue can start out as a small spot and grow to coat most of the top of the tongue.

It's a buildup of dead skin cells that fail to shed as they should. This could be due to poor oral habits, medications, or tobacco use. Bacteria and yeast can take hold causing the spots to begin to look like hair.
