What Causes Black Diarrhea With Rectal Bleeding, Pain And Sickness?
My husband is on the road and was driving when he started to dry heave and crapped his pants. Got to hotel changed, he has liquid diarrhea that is black and the toilet is full of red blood he was on amoxicillin And was also given pain pills similar to aleve that he was told to take with food. He took them with out full stomach today. Could this be the cause of his pain, sickness and the blood in the toilet

If is on antibiotic then this may be antibiotic induced diarrhea, this is mostly happen due to disturbances in gastro-intestinal lining, after complication of course of antibiotic this would be fine, till then Lactobacillus can be tried, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
