What Causes Black Colored Lips And Bleeding From Mouth?

My nephew (14years) found drowned in a pound. About half an hour he was got out from water. He was bleeding from mount and nose and some foams appeared as well. His lips became black. One light stretch on left side of neck. Please answer what are the cause of black lips and bleeding and those foams...??

The black colored lips can be because of the trauma or lip biting. The bleeding from mouth can also be because of any soft tissue laceration or fractured bone. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get a radiograph done to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, we can treat accordingly.
