What Causes Black Colored Discharge From The Breasts?
I have black discharge coming from both of my breast. I breast fed my 3 youngest children years ago and never had this. No I am not pregnant and my youngest is now 12 so it's been aprroximately 10 years since last i nursed. Today it felt like my milk was letting down and a lot of what lplooked like breast milk soaked my bra. When changed my shirt and bra i noticed
Your symptoms could be due to intraductal papilloma, duct ectasia, mastitis, fibrocystic breast disease, hormonal imbalance. I would suggest to consult general surgeon and undergo examination, USG scan, mammography to confirm cause. Specific treatment depend on cause. Drugs like secletive estrogen receptor modulator will help. Apply warm pad application and wear paddded full supportive bra.
