What Causes Black And White Spots On The Tongue Of A Child?

Hey I have a baby and my little boy haves blue, black and white spots on his tongue. What dose it mean? I took him to the hospital and they only gave meds for 10 days and it sill haven t seen results. Can you please help me I been researching and i don t know what to do no more

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be anything related with disease or any pathology but it could be nonspecific one, you have to wait for some time it will be alright no need to treat this condition if no symptoms are there, (As matter of fact clinical observation is must for right diagnosis) hope this information helps.
