What Causes Black And Sticky Stools In Child?

I ve just finished a course of Clindamycin (After augmentin, amoxycillin anf cefaclor) for a dental infection. Im breastfeeding my 15month old who has developed black sticky stools 2/7 and she hasnt really been herself. Should I be concerned or is this a normal side effect from the ABs?
