Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

These are behavioral issues and need to be dealt at an early age. Consult a psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. Write all your queries together. If he is performing some repetitive activities or have decreased interaction with everyone. Then he might be having an autistic spectrum.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
