What Causes Bed-wetting In Adults?

Hi, this happened to twice in the last 1year. I urinated in bed, normally i would wake up but not sure why this is happening. Do i needto be worried. I am embaresed to tell my wife also..the first timei was dreamingof urinatinh 2md time i did jot even relaize i was in deep sleep.

Hi,
This is not so unusual as you might believe, but in adults, we prefer to do a basic workup to exclude infections, Prostate enlargement and therefore you should get at least an ultrasound of kidneys and bladder and an estimate of post void residue, a complete urine examination, a uroflowmetry, serum creatinine.
If these are normal, no need for alarm
