What Causes Bacterial Vaginosis And Epididymitis?

I my husband was diagnosed with epipodmitis a bacterial infection. I went got tested for all stds .all my test results came back negative.but I had a bacterial infection called vaginaosis.. They called me in antibiotic...does my husband need an antibiotic as well.. Can i give him vaginaosis? Can he give me epipodmitis..

Hi, I think you can5 give him vaginosis. It is not transmitted sexually. But it can increase the risk of transmission of other infections. You can't get epididymitis from your husband. But you can get the infections like gonorrhoea and chlamydia which cause epididymitis. So, he also needs to take antibiotics. Abstain from intercourse till the full course of antibiotics.
