What Causes Bacterial Growth In Semen?

Hello I m Nath in my middle 30s married for 2years with no child...I ve been diagnosed with asthenozoospermia and leukosprmia and semen culture yielded bacteria growth and I ve been on a combination of Zinnat(cefuroxime) and Rocephin for about 2months but the latest culture still revealed a heavy growth of Staph. Aureus and d leukocytes aren t decreasing too.... Please what can I do? Thanks
