What Causes Backache On The Right Side And Pulsations Under The Ribs?

I have back pain on right side, and feels like kidney pain then pulsating pain going around under ribs and pointed pain on my front hip bone. It hurt mostly after standing or walking too much but also when sitting down. The pulsating pain is sometimes shooting in my front shine stomach and knee mostly in my stomach though. I do have weakness over the past months with lifting right leg at hip on front side

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are more likely suggestive of costochondritis.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Diclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
