What Causes Backache On The Left Side And Around The Waist?

past couple days having a very sharp stabbing pain on my left side of back about waist and at groin to leg area on left side only last a few seconds but very intense makes my legs buckle with pain? I went to the Dr last week and had all urine test done thinking maybe UTI all negative checked kidney tenderness is none any ideas

hello there,
it looks like neurological issue to me like Ischitica on left side.
please avoid soft mattress, flexing of back.
use hard floor to sleep.
do extension exercises of back, avoid back flexion exercises.
if severe pain you can try tablet ultracet or tablet ibuprofen along with tablet becosule once a day.
take good intake of vitamin rich food.
if possible get an X ray of lower spine done or MRI LS spine.
