What Causes Backache And Abdominal Tightness During Pregnancy?

Hi i am three weeks peegnant i believe my first hcg levels were 789 on monday then thursday they were 1790. I have been having some mild back aches and every now and then somelower abdomen tightness...i have been spotting for about a week now ranging from light pink to brown. What can be going on

I read your query carefully.
Backache and abdominal tightness both are symptoms of pregnancy.
As you are in very early stage of pregnancy, therefore you should not take any pain killers.
Simply use warm water bottle.It will help you in relieving your pain .
And regarding spotting,
Get your Pelvic scan done as soon as possible to rule out the cause.
And then visit your gynaecologist.
I would advise you;
>Take proper diet and rest.
>Take folic acid for 1st three months and then iron and calcium supplements.
