What Causes Backache Along With Pain And Inflammation In The Knees?

For many years I have been treated for arthritis. Today my doctor after taking blood tests said that I did not have that condition. What conditions cause back pain, clogging head, knee pain. Also inflamation of knees. The tests that I took show that I have raynauds. I also have dry eye and am being treated with restisis. Thank you for your help.
