What Causes Back Pain Post Masturbation?
hello i am 29 Male, i have a backache problem, i feel lower back pain sometimes lower left, right after i masturbate. its been going on since 4-5 years. i am not married yet, but i am worried this pain could get worse after my married life. please help. P.S i dont get full erection.

Your problem might not be due to masturbation but it is possible that there might be having back muscle strain while doing vigorous masturbation movement.
This can be due to lack of physical exercise as well.
Go for back extension exercises daily.
Go for regular running, walking, swimming like exercises daily.
Take high protein diet.
