Last night I woke with muscle spasm pain in mid-lower left back. Before bed though, I had frequent urination and I d start to urinate for a short time but then I d get a quick sharp pain and stop. I could not make myself keep going, it would just shut off. This happened multiple times before bed. The back pain has continued all day but urination seems to be normal now. This afternoon I took an Advil for my back and within 20 minutes I got a nose bleed that was short lasting (2 minutes maybe) but quite intense. I am a normal healthy adult female.
