General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think she will have frequent back ache since he fractured a vertebrae. The dizziness may have been caused by trauma causing the particles in the middle ear to move on wrong direction. She should visit an ENT doctor and he may perform Epley maneuver to treat it.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
