What Causes Back Pain Along With Oral Thrush?

HI, I have unpleasant backside pain, it is not acute, but it is bothering me.. as it makes uncomfortable . also there is pain in the tummy.... even at night.. irrespective whether I eat anything or not.. at the same time I feel a bit sickly and tongues looks whitish.. thank you

Can understand your concern..

As per your complain in case if you have oral thrush along with stomach ache and backache there are chances that there is some infection with the vagina also as the backache and stomach pain is commonly seen in patients suffering from vaginal thrush..

Both oral and vaginal thrush is caused by same fungus Candida Albicans..

At times the oral thrush can extend to the throat and food pipe known as Oesophageal Thrush causing a painful condition with dryness and white cheesy patches of throat and painful swallowing and in this case some stomach distress can be appreciated..

I would suggest you to consult a physician and get evaluated..

For thrush antifungal drugs like Fluconazole, Itraconazole can be given orally..
For oral thush Nystatin mouthwash and antifungal lozenges can relief..

Antifungal vaginal ointments can be given in case of vaginal thrush..

Adding probiotics like Yoghurt to diet can help..
