What Causes Back Ache While Suffering From COPD?

I have COPD and had some sudden very sharp pains across my mid-back as in behind my lungs. I did go ahead and yes my proair inhaler. I m on 500 mg f penicillin wh back up Symbicort 2x s a day....should I be concerned? The sharp pain is very different

This chest pain could be because of long-term (chronic) cough in COPD which cause injuries in muscles and back.
